My Favorite Workout of the Week: Total Body Blast Workout

My favorite workout of the week series shares a fun workout I did/tried that week. Enjoy!

What you need: Just yourself!

This is a good workout for anywhere – home, travel, you name it. You can do it any number of times, but Lauren recommends 5, which is what I did. Man, was I sweating after!
